Our Return Policy

We recognize that, from time to time, a customer may choose to return a product ordered from us. In the spirit of customer service, we have created a generous Return Policy that makes it easy for you to do business with us.

Returns:
Should you choose to return a product, you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You can request that by emailing us at customerservice@laptopbatterypros.com, or by calling us at 877.357.1411. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Send returns to:

Returns will be accepted for the following reasons only:

Defective Merchandise – If a product you order from us is found to be defective, you may return it within one year of the purchase date. Damages due to misuse or tampering may disqualify the product for return.

Damage Incurred During Shipping – We recognize that upon occasion there may be damage to the product due to shipping. You must notify us within 10 Calendar Days of receipt of the damaged product(s). In such an event, keep the damaged package until we request it from you. Please do not ship the damaged item back immediately, as we need to file a damage claim with the carrier, who in turn may need to inspect the package and damaged products.

Shipping Error – If the item you received is not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 10 Calendar Days. Return the item immediately and we will replace it, crediting you for the return shipping plus shipping charges incurred by you when you returned the item.

Other Returns – If for any reason you decide not to keep an unused and resaleable product that you have ordered from us, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase. The returned item must be in its original, unopened packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you pay for the cost of return shipping.
